Thomas Mottu

Director

A graduate of the École hôtelière de Lausanne, Thomas MOTTU founded and leads Classicus Real Estate SA. Active in Geneva real estate since 2017, he advises property owners, investors and families on sales, acquisitions, lettings and property management. Since 2021, he has also served as an expert for the Swiss federal examinations in real estate economics. His approach combines technical expertise, a strong service culture and direct personal involvement, with discreet support and a single point of contact at every stage.
